Automated TouchBistro Drive-Thru Throughput Report
Every morning, WebRun opens TouchBistro, pulls drive-thru order counts and ticket times from the prior day, calculates cars served per hour for each service window, and appends the data to a Google Sheet with slow windows flagged so managers can target coaching and staffing changes.
How do I automatically track drive-thru throughput from TouchBistro?
WebRun reads your TouchBistro drive-thru data every morning, calculates orders served per hour for each service window, and appends the results to Google Sheets. Slow windows are flagged automatically so managers can see exactly where the bottleneck occurred and coach the right staff before the next rush.
- Bottleneck windows are identified the morning after they occur
- Historical sheet builds a trend line across weeks for scheduling decisions
- No manual drive-thru report compilation by managers
Built for QSR managers · drive-thru restaurant operators · quick service franchise owners · multi-unit area managers

Questions, answered
What is the throughput target it uses?
You set the minimum cars or orders per hour during setup. WebRun flags any window that fell below that figure without changing any TouchBistro settings.
Does it contact customers or post any public message?
No. All data goes into your internal Google Sheet only. No customer-facing notification is sent at any step.
What if drive-thru data is not broken out separately in TouchBistro?
WebRun reads the order-type or service-area filters available in your TouchBistro account. If drive-thru is not a separate order type, it can use the dine-in vs. counter split or the ticket-time report as a proxy.
