In short

How do I track home oxygen orders from signature to delivery?

Every morning, WebRun opens ModuleMD, finds new home oxygen orders and any awaiting DME confirmation past 3 business days, and prepares the order fax with flow rate, hours of use, and diagnosis coding. It queues the fax for the physician's signature before anything transmits, and posts a Slack digest tracking every order from written to delivered.

  • New oxygen orders get a signature-ready fax the same morning instead of sitting in a queue
  • Stalled DME confirmations are caught after 3 business days, not at the next visit
  • Delivered orders drop off the digest automatically from live ModuleMD status

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it fax orders to the DME supplier without a physician's signature?

No. WebRun only prepares the order fax and queues it for the ordering physician to sign. Nothing transmits to the DME supplier until a physician approves it.

How does it know an order has stalled?

It checks ModuleMD for a delivery or confirmation update from the DME supplier, and flags any order still unconfirmed after 3 business days.

What if the order was already confirmed delivered?

It reads the live order status in ModuleMD each morning, so any order already marked delivered drops off the digest automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
