No. WebRun writes the figures into a sheet you already share and updates your own calendar slot. It never emails a report out, so who can see the numbers stays controlled by your sheet's sharing settings.
Do the recipients need a Power BI licence?
No. That is the point of this run. The figures land in a shared Google Sheet, so anyone with access to the sheet reads the current numbers without opening Power BI or holding a licence.
What if the data has not refreshed yet?
WebRun records the last refresh time alongside every figure and says so in the row, so nobody mistakes yesterday's data for today's if a refresh has not landed.
