Automated PoultryPlan Egg Production Reports
Every morning, WebRun pulls yesterday's egg counts and hen-day production from PoultryPlan, logs the totals to a Google Sheet, and emails you a short summary before the morning walk.
How do I get a daily egg production report without manually counting trays?
Every morning, WebRun opens PoultryPlan and pulls yesterday's egg count and hen-day production percent for every house, compares each against its breed and age matched target curve, and logs the totals to a Google Sheet. It then emails the farm owner and shift leads a short summary, so the whole team knows how every house laid before the morning walk.
- The farm owner reads yesterday's full production picture before the morning walk
- Every house is graded against its own breed and age matched target curve
- A house missing its count gets flagged instead of silently skipped

Questions, answered
Does it send the report to anyone outside my team?
No. The summary email only goes to the recipients you list, typically the farm owner and shift leads. WebRun never emails a buyer, customer, or anyone outside your farm on its own.
How does it know what a house's target is?
It reads the breed and age matched target curve already set up in PoultryPlan, so the comparison is specific to each house, not a single farm-wide number.
What happens on a day with no data entered yet?
It waits for PoultryPlan's count to be logged for that house. If a house is missing yesterday's count, the summary flags it as not yet recorded instead of guessing.
