In short

How do I draft supplier orders from low Poster stock?

Every morning, WebRun checks ingredient stock in Poster against the par levels you set, works out how much each supplier needs to deliver, and drafts the purchase order in Gmail. Nothing is sent until you review and approve it, so restocking never happens without a person checking first.

  • Orders are drafted before you run out, not after
  • Every supplier gets only the items they actually supply
  • Nothing is sent to a supplier without a person's approval

Built for cafe owners · kitchen managers · purchasing managers · multi-location cafe operators

Questions, answered

Will it send the order to my supplier automatically?

No. WebRun drafts the order in Gmail with quantities and leaves it unsent. A manager reviews and sends it, so nothing reaches a supplier without approval.

How does it decide what quantity to order?

It compares each ingredient's current Poster stock level against its par level and suggests enough to bring it back to par, not a fixed default amount.

What if I use more than one supplier?

It groups the draft by supplier using Poster's supplier records, so each contact only sees the items they actually supply.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
