Questions, answered
Will it answer my bookkeeper for me?
No. WebRun only collects the open requests and routes them to an owner in Trello. Every reply to Pilot is written and sent by a person, and WebRun never categorizes a transaction on its own.
How does it know who owns each question?
You give WebRun a simple mapping, for example card spend goes to Ops and vendor invoices go to Finance. Anything unmapped lands on a default card for you to reassign.
What happens when a request is resolved?
It is closed out. WebRun reads the live list in Pilot each Monday, marks the Notion row Resolved, and moves the Trello card to Done so the board never fills with stale cards.
