Automated Pilot Cash Runway Alerts
Every Monday, WebRun opens Pilot, reads the latest cash balance, profit and loss, and cash flow, calculates the current monthly burn and how many months of runway that leaves, records the week's figures in Airtable, and posts Microsoft Teams an alert when runway drops below the threshold you set.
How do I get alerted when my cash runway drops too low?
WebRun opens Pilot every Monday, reads your latest cash balance, profit and loss, and cash flow, then calculates monthly burn and months of runway. It logs the week's figures in Airtable next to the trend and posts Microsoft Teams an alert whenever runway drops below the threshold you set.
- Runway is a live number every Monday, not a quarterly surprise
- Burn changes are named, so cost decisions start early
- A threshold breach reaches leadership the same morning

Questions, answered
Does it change anything in my books?
No. WebRun only reads the financials Pilot has already published. It writes nothing back to your books and moves no money. Everything it produces lands in Airtable and an internal Teams post.
Where does the runway number come from?
Cash on hand from your latest Pilot statements divided by average monthly net burn from the recent profit and loss. You set how many months of history the burn average uses and what threshold triggers the alert.
Who can see the figures it posts?
Only the Teams channel you point it at. WebRun posts an internal summary for your leadership group and never emails, shares, or publishes the numbers anywhere else.
