Automated Phantom Wallet Transaction Export
On the first Monday of each month, WebRun opens Phantom, reads every transaction from the past month including swaps, transfers, and any NFT activity, logs each one to an Airtable ledger, and writes a short Notion summary noting total volume and anything unusual, so your wallet history stays organized without manual exporting.
How do I export and organize my Phantom wallet transaction history?
WebRun reads your Phantom wallet's full transaction history once a month, covering swaps, transfers, and NFT activity, and logs every entry to an Airtable ledger with fees recorded separately. It writes a short Notion summary noting total volume and anything unusual, so your on-chain activity stays organized and reviewable without exporting anything by hand.
- A full transaction ledger builds every month without a manual CSV export
- Unusual transfers or new counterparties get called out instead of buried in history
- Your seed phrase and keys stay untouched, since only public transaction data is read
Built for Solana users · NFT collectors · crypto investors · DeFi participants

Questions, answered
Can WebRun send or swap tokens from my Phantom wallet?
No. WebRun only reads your public transaction history and reports on it. It never initiates a swap or transfer, and it never has access to your seed phrase or private key.
Does it cover NFT activity too, not just token transfers?
Yes. NFT mints, sends, and marketplace trades that touch your wallet are read and categorized alongside token swaps and transfers.
Is this enough for tax reporting on its own?
It gives you an organized, dated ledger of every transaction, which is most of the work, but you or your accountant still need to apply cost basis and tax rules to it.
