In short

How do I send my team a daily pet-sitting schedule digest automatically?

WebRun opens Time To Pet every morning at 7 AM, pulls all of the day's visits, orders them by start time, and posts a clean schedule digest to your team Slack channel. Every sitter sees their full day at a glance, and any unassigned visits are flagged at the top so nothing is missed.

  • Every sitter sees their full day before they leave home
  • Unassigned visits are flagged automatically so no client is missed
  • Team coordination moves to Slack instead of phone calls

Built for pet sitting businesses · dog walking companies · pet care team managers · multi-sitter operations

Questions, answered

Is any client data sent outside my team?

No. The digest is posted only to your private team Slack channel. No client information is shared publicly or with third parties.

What happens if a visit is added after the morning digest runs?

The digest reflects the schedule as of 7 AM. For late additions, trigger a manual re-run or check Time To Pet directly. A mid-day re-run can also be configured on request.

Can it show which sitters are over-scheduled on a given day?

The current digest lists each visit with its assigned sitter. You can spot overloaded sitters by scanning the list. Capacity alerting can be added as a separate workflow.

Put this on autopilot.
