No. WebRun only logs and hands off the case with its reason. Approving, denying, or requesting more documents is always the reviewer's decision in Persona.

Does WebRun see the applicant's ID or selfie?

No. It only reads the flag reason and applicant reference Persona provides, never the underlying document image or biometric data.

How is the reviewer chosen?

WebRun emails whoever you've set as the assigned reviewer for that queue. It does not decide who reviews a case, it only makes sure they are notified.
