What is collectible time, exactly?

It is block time that has stayed below your facility's own utilization threshold in LeanTaaS iQueue for long enough to qualify for reclaiming, the same definition your governance committee already uses. WebRun just surfaces it every week instead of leadership pulling the report.

Does WebRun collect the time back automatically?

No. It only calculates and lists the opportunity. Reclaiming a block's time and returning it to the open pool is still a decision your OR leadership or governance committee makes and executes in iQueue.

How far back does it look before flagging a block?

It uses the same lookback period and threshold your facility has set in iQueue's collectible time rules, so the list matches what your governance committee would find if they pulled the report themselves.
