Automated Patreon Comment Reply Queue
Every morning, WebRun opens Patreon, reads the comments left on your recent posts, picks out the ones with no reply yet, drafts an answer for each, files the queue in Microsoft Teams, and pings you on Telegram so paying patrons hear back the same day.
How do I keep up with unanswered comments from my Patreon patrons?
WebRun reads the comments on your recent Patreon posts every morning and picks out the ones you have not answered. It drafts a reply per comment in your voice, files the queue in Microsoft Teams with each patron's tier and waiting time, and pings you on Telegram so paying patrons hear back the same day.
- Paying patrons hear back the same day they comment
- Questions and complaints rise above praise in the queue
- Every comment arrives with a draft, so replying takes a minute

1
Patreon - find unanswered comments
WebRun opens Patreon to find unanswered comments. - Open Patreon and go through your posts from the last two weeks
- Read every comment and note which ones have no reply from you
- Record the patron, their tier, the post, and how long the comment has waited
- Pull out questions and complaints separately from plain praise
Done when Every unanswered comment is listed with its patron, tier, and age.
-
2
Microsoft Teams - file the reply queue
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to file the reply queue. - Post the reply queue to your creator channel, one line per comment
- Put questions and complaints above praise, oldest first
- Attach a drafted reply under each line in your usual voice
- Flag anything about billing, refunds, or a missing reward for you to answer personally
Done when The full reply queue with drafts is in Teams.
-
3
Telegram - ping you to approve
WebRun opens Telegram to ping you to approve. - Send yourself a short count of comments waiting and the oldest one
- Name the top three patrons to answer first with their tier
- Link back to the Teams post holding the full drafts
- Leave posting to you. WebRun never publishes a comment or message on Patreon
Done when You know how many patrons are waiting and who to answer first.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it reply to patrons without me?
No. Every reply is drafted into your internal Teams queue and left unposted. Nothing appears under your Patreon post or in a patron's messages until you post it yourself.
Does it prioritise higher tiers?
It sorts questions and complaints above praise and shows each patron's tier on the line, so you can answer your top tier first. Tell WebRun a different order and it will follow it.
How far back does it look?
Two weeks of posts by default, which catches comments that arrive days after publication. Ask for a longer window and WebRun will sweep further back.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
