In short

How do I automatically generate weekly performance reports for referring clients from LigoLab?

WebRun pulls prior-week metrics for every referring client from LigoLab each Monday morning, including case volume, average TAT, and rejection rate, then drafts a formatted performance summary in Gmail for each one. Lab leadership reviews and sends each draft. No client communication goes out without human approval.

  • Every referring client gets a weekly performance summary drafted automatically before Monday morning
  • Lab leadership reviews a ready-made draft rather than building reports from scratch
  • No client communication sent without human review, protecting accuracy and relationships

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.ligolab.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
LigoLab - pull prior-week metrics by referring client
    ligolab.com
WebRun in LigoLab: pull prior-week metrics by referring client
WebRun opens LigoLab to pull prior-week metrics by referring client.
    • Open LigoLab and filter for cases associated with each referring client in the prior calendar week
    • Capture case volume received, average TAT by case type, specimen rejection rate, and number of amended reports
    • Group metrics by referring client so each client gets its own summary block

Done when Prior-week metrics are captured for every active referring client.

  3. 2
Gmail - draft client performance report for review
    gmail.com
WebRun in Gmail: draft client performance report for review
WebRun opens Gmail to draft client performance report for review.
    • Draft a formatted performance summary email addressed to each referring client's primary contact
    • Include case volume, average TAT, rejection rate, and any notable quality metrics for the week
    • Save as a Gmail draft only. Do not send. Leave for lab leadership to review, edit, and transmit

Done when A reviewed-ready Gmail draft exists for every active referring client, unsent and awaiting leadership approval.

Questions, answered

Will it send the report to referring clients automatically?

No. Every client report is saved as a Gmail draft and requires review and approval from lab leadership before sending. This is a strict draft-not-do workflow to ensure accuracy and appropriate tone before any external communication goes out.

Does it include any patient information in the draft?

No. The draft contains only aggregate metrics such as case volume, average TAT, and rejection rate. No patient identifiers or PHI are included in the performance summary.

What if a referring client had no cases in the prior week?

Clients with zero cases in the prior week are skipped. No draft is created for inactive clients that week, so the leadership review queue contains only clients with meaningful data.
