Questions, answered

Will it schedule service or order parts automatically?

No. WebRun posts an internal Slack reminder only. Scheduling service, ordering parts, or contacting vendors must be done by a human team member. The reminder is the prompt, not the action.

Which instruments does it cover?

It covers any instrument tracked in LigoLab's maintenance module with an upcoming PM or calibration due date. The list of tracked instruments is determined by what is recorded in LigoLab.

What happens if a maintenance date is missed before the Monday run?

Instruments that are already overdue will appear on the list with a negative days value or past-due label, so they are visible and can be prioritized above upcoming items.
