Questions, answered
Will it place a supplier order automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the reorder email in Gmail and leaves it unsent for your team to review. You approve the quantities and click Send, so your team always controls what gets ordered and at what cost.
How does it know the reorder threshold for each item?
WebRun reads the reorder threshold from a dedicated column in your supplies Google Sheet. You set the threshold once per item and can update it any time. Items without a threshold set are skipped.
What if two different suppliers stock the same item?
WebRun reads the preferred supplier from your spreadsheet and addresses the draft email accordingly. If you have a backup supplier column, you can ask WebRun to mention it in the draft so your team has options.
