Alert your team before a shipping SLA is breached

Running every few minutes, WebRun monitors ShipStation for orders whose ship-by or promised delivery date is within your configured warning window, groups at-risk orders by urgency, and fires a prioritized Slack alert to the fulfillment channel so your team can intervene before an SLA is actually missed.

In short

How do I get automatic alerts when ShipStation orders are about to miss their shipping SLA?

WebRun checks ShipStation every 15 minutes for orders approaching their ship-by or promised delivery deadline, ranks them by urgency, and fires a prioritized alert to your fulfillment Slack channel with direct links so your team can act while there is still time to meet the SLA.

  • SLA breaches caught hours before they happen instead of after a customer complaint
  • Fulfillment team alerted every 15 minutes with a ranked action list
  • Duplicate alerts suppressed so the channel is not flooded with the same order

Questions, answered

Can I set different warning windows for different ship services?

Yes. At setup, define separate warning windows per service level: same-day orders might trigger at 2 hours remaining while standard orders trigger at 4 hours, for example.

Will it alert on the same order multiple times?

WebRun suppresses duplicate alerts for the same order within the same hour. It re-alerts only if the urgency tier escalates, such as an order moving from 4-hour warning to 1-hour critical.

Does it automatically change the ship method to meet the SLA?

No. Carrier or service upgrades are actions your team takes after seeing the alert. WebRun surfaces the risk and the ShipStation link but does not modify orders on its own.

Put this on autopilot.
