Fusion Web Clinic OT Therapist Utilization Report
Every Monday, WebRun opens Fusion Web Clinic, reads each OT therapist's completed appointments, scheduled visits, no-show rate, and billable hours for the prior week, and logs a per-therapist productivity summary to Google Sheets so clinical supervisors can review performance trends.

Questions, answered
Does the report include patient identifiable information?
No. The Google Sheet contains only therapist-level productivity aggregates: visit counts, completion rates, and billable hours. No patient names, diagnoses, or session details are written to the sheet.
How is the utilization rate calculated?
Utilization rate is completed billable hours divided by the therapist's scheduled available hours for the week, expressed as a percentage. You can adjust the denominator during setup to match your practice's productivity target.
Can supervisors use this report for performance reviews?
Yes. The sheet accumulates weekly rows so supervisors have a rolling history per therapist. It is a productivity data report only and should be combined with clinical quality feedback for a full performance picture.
