Automated Croptracker Spray Record Reminders

Every evening, WebRun opens Croptracker, checks which blocks were sprayed today against the day's spray schedule, flags any application still missing its product, rate, or applicator details, logs the day's complete spray records to a Google Sheet, and messages the applicator on WhatsApp if anything still needs to be filled in.

In short

How do I make sure every orchard spray application gets logged the same day?

WebRun checks Croptracker every evening for the day's spray applications, comparing what was scheduled against what got logged. It flags any block missing its product, rate, applicator, or weather details, records the complete data in a Google Sheet, and messages the applicator on WhatsApp so no spray record stays incomplete overnight.

  • Every block sprayed today gets a complete record before the day closes
  • Applicators get a same day WhatsApp nudge instead of a compliance gap next season
  • The season's spray log stays audit ready in Google Sheets automatically

Built for tree fruit growers · orchard spray applicators · orchard compliance managers · orchard farm managers

Questions, answered

Does it change or delete any spray records in Croptracker?

No. It only reads today's spray schedule and logged records to check for gaps. It never edits or removes an existing record, filling in a missing field is left to the applicator.

How does it know a record is incomplete?

It compares each block's spray schedule against the record actually logged and checks for the required fields: product, rate, applicator, and weather conditions. Any block missing one of those is flagged.

Will it message anyone besides the applicator?

Only the applicator tied to that block gets the WhatsApp nudge. If a gap is still open the next morning, it adds a note for the office rather than escalating to anyone else automatically.

Put this on autopilot.
