Automatic Lead Delivery Verification

On each form submit, WebRun opens OptinMonster, reads the new lead against the campaign that captured it, confirms the connected list actually received the contact, posts the result to Slack, and raises a Telegram flag the moment a capture does not arrive where it should.

In short

How do I know every lead captured on my site reached my email list?

WebRun verifies every OptinMonster capture as it happens. On each form submit it reads the new lead, checks the connected email list actually received the contact, logs the result in Slack, and raises a Telegram flag naming the campaign and the error whenever the handoff drops a lead.

  • A broken integration is caught on the first dropped lead
  • Every capture carries proof it reached the list
  • Weeks of lost signups stop being discovered at campaign end

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.optinmonster.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
OptinMonster - read the new capture
    optinmonster.com
WebRun in OptinMonster: read the new capture
WebRun opens OptinMonster to read the new capture.
    • Open OptinMonster and read the lead that was just captured
    • Note the campaign, the connected list it should route to, and the time of the submission
    • Check the campaign's connection status and whether the integration reported an error
    • Confirm the contact now appears in the connected list
    • Read only. Never edit a campaign or its display rules

Done when The capture is confirmed delivered to its list, or the failure is captured.

  3. 2
Slack - log the delivery result
    slack.com
WebRun in Slack: log the delivery result
WebRun opens Slack to log the delivery result.
    • Post a one-line delivery record to the marketing channel: campaign, list, and result
    • Keep a running count of confirmed deliveries and failures for the day
    • Note the campaign name whenever a delivery took longer than expected
    • Group repeated failures on one campaign into a single thread so the channel stays readable

Done when Every capture has a delivery record in Slack.

  4. 3
Telegram - flag a dropped handoff
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: flag a dropped handoff
WebRun opens Telegram to flag a dropped handoff.
    • Send an alert only when a capture did not reach its connected list
    • Name the campaign, the connected list, and the error the integration reported
    • Say how many captures on that campaign have failed today, so a broken connection is obvious
    • Stay silent while deliveries are landing normally

Done when You are told about every lead the handoff dropped.

Questions, answered

Will it email the person who signed up?

No. WebRun only verifies the handoff and reports internally to Slack and Telegram. It never emails a lead, adds them to a list by hand, or triggers a campaign.

Can it change a campaign or fix the connection?

No. The run is read only inside OptinMonster. It names the campaign, the connected list, and the reported error, and reconnecting the integration is done by you.

Will a busy day flood my Telegram?

No. Successful deliveries are logged quietly in Slack. Telegram only fires on a failure, and repeated failures on one campaign are grouped rather than sent one per lead.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
