Automated OptinMonster Campaign Expiry Reminders

Every morning, WebRun opens OptinMonster, checks scheduled campaigns for an end date within the next 3 days, logs each one to Google Sheets, and emails the marketer a reminder so a seasonal or promotional popup never stays live after it should have stopped.

In short

How do I get reminded before an OptinMonster campaign's scheduled end date?

WebRun checks OptinMonster every morning for campaigns with a scheduled end date in the next 3 days, logs each one to Google Sheets, and emails the marketer a reminder. Seasonal and promotional popups get reviewed before they lapse or overstay, instead of quietly running past the date they should have stopped.

  • No seasonal popup runs past the date it should have stopped
  • Campaign owners get one timely reminder instead of finding out too late
  • Every scheduled campaign's status is logged where the team can see it

Questions, answered

Will it extend or turn off a campaign for me?

No. WebRun only reads scheduled end dates and reminds the marketer. Extending, editing, or ending a campaign is still done by hand in OptinMonster.

Will I get reminded about the same campaign every day?

No. It tracks which reminders were already sent, so each campaign nearing its end date gets one reminder, not a daily repeat.

What if a campaign has no scheduled end date?

It only flags campaigns where display scheduling is turned on. A campaign set to run indefinitely is left alone.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
