In short

How do I keep OneTrust privacy tasks and data subject requests from going overdue?

WebRun reviews OneTrust every Monday for data subject requests and privacy assessment tasks nearing or past their deadline, creates an owner-tagged Trello card for each one, and posts a chase summary to Microsoft Teams with overdue items first. It never responds to a request itself, only tracks and chases the deadline.

  • Overdue tasks surface every Monday with an owner attached, not after a deadline is missed
  • Data subject requests never sit untracked between check-ins
  • No personal data from a request is ever read by WebRun

Questions, answered

Does WebRun respond to the data subject request itself?

No. WebRun only tracks deadlines and chases the owner. Responding to a request or completing an assessment is always done by a human in OneTrust.

Does it see the personal data in a request?

No. WebRun only reads task metadata, such as owner and due date, never the personal data tied to a request.

What happens to a task once it's done?

It drops off the chase list and its Trello card is marked complete the next time OneTrust shows it as resolved.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
