Automated N2F Unsubmitted Expense Report Chase
Before your monthly close, WebRun checks N2F for employees who haven't submitted their expense reports, holds a calendar deadline reminder, and posts the list to Microsoft Teams for their manager.
How do I chase unsubmitted N2F expense reports before month end?
WebRun checks N2F every Monday before your monthly close for employees who haven't submitted an expense report, and posts the list to Microsoft Teams with each employee's manager tagged. It also holds a calendar reminder on the close deadline, so unsubmitted reports get chased by managers with time left, not discovered after the books close.
- Missing expense reports get chased with days to spare, not after close
- Managers are tagged directly instead of finance chasing everyone
- The deadline reminder keeps the close date visible all week

Questions, answered
Does it submit the expense report for the employee?
No. It only identifies who hasn't submitted yet. Filling in and submitting the report is still up to each employee in N2F.
Who sees the list?
It's posted to your internal Teams channel with each employee's manager tagged. It's not sent to the employee directly or to anyone outside your team.
What happens once someone submits?
They drop off the list the next run, since it's rebuilt from N2F's live submission status each Monday.
