Will it ever send, swap or trade anything?
No. WebRun runs watch-only. It never signs a transaction, never sends funds, never swaps or trades, and never approves a token. Every movement of value stays something you do yourself.
Does it need my private key or seed phrase?
No. It reads public address activity only. WebRun never unlocks a wallet, never enters a private key or seed phrase, and never stores one. Typed input is guardrailed and file uploads are blocked.
What arrives if nothing happened?
Nothing by text. The Twilio message only fires when funds actually move, so a quiet hour is silent. The Telegram log carries the balances so you can still check in whenever you want.
