In short

How do I track how my messaging channel performed each week?

Every Monday WebRun opens MAX, reads the posts published in the last seven days with their views, and notes how the subscriber count moved. It writes the week into a Google Sheet beside earlier weeks, then texts you the headline numbers through Twilio so next week's plan rests on last week's results.

  • Last week's numbers land before Monday planning starts
  • Every week is recorded, so growth is visible across months
  • The best and worst post of the week are named, not guessed at

Questions, answered

Will it text my subscribers?

No. The recap goes only to the numbers you list for yourself and your team. WebRun never messages channel subscribers, and any outbound message to a contact would be drafted for your approval instead.

Does it post anything to the channel?

No. WebRun only reads the channel. Posting stays with you, so nothing reaches subscribers without your click.

What if the channel had a quiet week?

You still get the row and the text, with zeroes where they belong. A flat week recorded next to a busy one is what makes the trend readable.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
