Automated Marina Post-Service Review Requests

Every morning, WebRun opens DockMaster and finds service work orders that were closed since yesterday. For each completed job, it drafts a brief, genuine review request email for the boater and posts your service manager a Slack list of completed jobs with drafts ready for approval.

In short

How do I automatically request reviews from boaters after marina service is done?

WebRun checks DockMaster every morning for service work orders closed since the previous day. For each completed job, it drafts a brief review request email naming the boater's vessel and the service performed, with a link to your preferred review platform. Your service manager reviews every draft in Slack before a single message reaches a boater.

  • Every completed service job gets a review request draft the following morning
  • Service manager approves review outreach while the job is still fresh in the boater's mind
  • Disputed or warranty jobs are excluded from review requests automatically

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to boaters without my approval?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft for your service manager to review. Nothing goes to a boater until staff approve and send the message.

Which review platforms does the email link to?

You set the preferred review link in your WebRun settings, typically your Google Business profile or Yelp page. WebRun inserts that link into every draft.

What about work orders that ended badly or are under dispute?

Work orders flagged as disputed or declined in DockMaster are skipped automatically, so your drafts only cover jobs that concluded positively.

Put this on autopilot.
