Automated Malt Invoice Payment Ledger
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Malt, reads your quotes, missions and invoices with the payment status on each, totals what has been billed, paid and is still outstanding per client, posts the ledger to Slack, and sends you the outstanding total on WhatsApp.
How do I track which freelance invoices have actually been paid?
Every Monday WebRun signs in to Malt, reads your quotes, invoices and missions with the payment status on each, and totals billed, paid and outstanding per client. It posts the ledger to Slack and sends the outstanding total to WhatsApp, so income is visible without opening the dashboard.
- Billed, paid, and outstanding sit in one weekly view
- The oldest unpaid invoice is named every Monday
- Open quotes sit beside income so pipeline is not guesswork

Questions, answered
Will it raise an invoice or chase a client for me?
No. WebRun reads what is already in Malt and reports it. If you want a client nudged, it drafts the message and leaves it for you to review and send.
Does it change anything in Malt?
No. Quotes, missions, invoices, and payment statuses are read only. Nothing is submitted, edited, or withdrawn, so your client records stay exactly as they are.
Can it see money moving in my bank?
No. It reads the payment status Malt shows against each invoice. Reconciling against your bank account stays separate and stays yours.
