Will it turn off or edit my scenarios?
No. WebRun only reads usage in Make and reports it. Pausing, editing, or rebuilding a heavy scenario stays a human decision, and the scorecard tells you which ones are worth the look.
How does it know I am heading for an overage?
It compares operations already consumed this period against your plan allowance and the days remaining, then projects the finish date at the current pace. You get the WhatsApp warning only when that date lands before the reset.
Can I get the scorecard for just one team's scenarios?
Yes. Tell WebRun which folders, teams, or scenario names to include and it reads only those, so a shared Make organisation can send separate scorecards to separate owners.
