No. WebRun reads analytics only. It never pauses a domain, never edits DNS or routing, never suppresses an address, and never sends an email through your account.
Are recipient addresses shared in the report?
No. The Microsoft Teams post carries rates, bounce reasons, and recipient domains such as the major mailbox providers. Individual recipient addresses stay inside Mailgun.
What counts as a spike?
A bounce or complaint rate that rises beyond the threshold you set against that sending domain's own recent average, so a domain that normally runs hot does not trigger a text every day.
