No. WebRun only reads confirmation emails and updates your Trello board. It never places, cancels, or replies to an order on its own.
How does it match an email to a card?
It compares the order number and vendor in the email against existing Trello cards, so a matching order number is treated as already tracked.
What if the vendor never sent a confirmation?
It only reconciles what shows up in your inbox, so an order without an email confirmation would need to be added to Trello directly.
