Automatic Mail2World Starred Mail Follow-Ups
Every morning, WebRun opens Mail2World, reads every starred message, checks whether you ever replied to the sender, and sends you a short follow-up queue on WhatsApp with the oldest unanswered mail first, plus the same list to Telegram for your desktop.
How do I keep track of starred emails I never replied to?
WebRun clears your Mail2World starred backlog every morning. It reads each starred message, checks your sent folder for a reply, and sends you a WhatsApp queue of the mail still unanswered, oldest first, with the same list posted to Telegram for your desk.
- Important mail gets a reply in a day, not a week
- Already answered messages drop off the queue on their own
- The oldest waiting message is always the first line you read

Questions, answered
Will it reply to anyone for me?
No. WebRun only reads your mail and builds the queue. Every reply is written and sent by you, so nothing leaves your account without you typing it.
How does it know I already answered?
It checks your sent folder for a message to the same sender after the starred one arrived. Anything already answered drops off the queue on the next run.
Will it unstar or move my messages?
No. It reads the starred view and leaves every message exactly where it is, including the star, so your own filing stays untouched.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
