No. Every review request message is drafted and posted to Slack for the manager to review and approve. No SMS is sent to any guest until a human approves it.
How often will a returning guest receive a review request?
Each guest is excluded for 90 days after receiving a review request, so returning regulars are not asked too frequently regardless of how often they visit.
