In short

How do I get a weekly summary of my team's meeting activity?

WebRun counts last week's recorded meetings and transcribed minutes in Krisp every Monday, posts a scorecard card to Trello, and sends the team a WhatsApp recap flagging any meeting still missing a reviewed summary. Meeting load and follow-through become a weekly number instead of a guess nobody tracks.

  • Meeting load is visible as one weekly number, not a guess
  • Unreviewed meeting summaries get flagged before they're forgotten
  • The team gets a recap without opening Krisp themselves

Questions, answered

Does it listen to or record any meetings itself?

No. WebRun only reads meeting counts and summary status that Krisp has already recorded. It never joins or records a call.

What if a meeting has no summary yet?

It is counted and flagged in the scorecard as unreviewed, so someone knows to check it, rather than being silently skipped.

Can the scorecard go to more than one channel?

Yes. Point WebRun at additional Trello boards or WhatsApp groups if different teams need their own weekly scorecard.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
