Automated Khatabook Credit vs Cash Report

Every Monday, WebRun opens Khatabook, pulls every entry from the previous week, splits the total into udhaar given on credit versus cash collected, builds a week over week comparison in Google Sheets, and stages the same split as a draft voucher in Tally, left unposted until your accountant confirms it.

In short

How do I see credit versus cash sales each week?

WebRun pulls a full week of Khatabook entries every Monday, splits them into udhaar credit versus cash collected, and builds a week over week comparison in Google Sheets. It also stages the same split as a draft voucher in Tally, left unposted until your accountant confirms it, so nothing touches your books unreviewed.

  • A swing toward too much credit shows up before it becomes a cash problem
  • Your accountant gets a ready draft voucher instead of a manual re-entry
  • Four weeks of trend sit next to this week's split for instant context

Questions, answered

Does it change my books in Tally automatically?

No. WebRun only stages a draft voucher with the week's totals. It stays unposted until your accountant reviews and confirms it in Tally.

How is credit told apart from cash?

By how each entry was logged in Khatabook. Anything recorded as udhaar counts as credit, everything else counts as cash, and the split is totaled fresh every week.

What if I don't use Tally?

The Google Sheets breakdown works on its own. Skip connecting Tally and WebRun will just leave that draft voucher step out of the run.

Put this on autopilot.
