In short

How do I find and review stale JumpCloud user accounts?

WebRun checks JumpCloud every Monday for user accounts with no login in the last 30 days, logs each stale account to Notion with its manager for review, and exports the full active roster to Google Sheets. It never suspends or deletes an account itself, so cleanup stays a human decision.

  • Stale accounts are surfaced weekly before they become a risk
  • Every active account stays visible in one exported roster
  • Account suspension and deletion always stay a human decision

Questions, answered

Will WebRun suspend or delete a stale account?

No. WebRun only flags accounts with no recent login and logs them for review. Suspending, disabling, or deleting an account is a decision left to a human admin.

How is an account considered stale?

No successful login in the last 30 days, read directly from JumpCloud's own login history for that user.

What happens once an admin reviews a flagged account?

That step is outside WebRun's job. It only surfaces the list in Notion. Deactivating, keeping, or reassigning the account is done by your admin in JumpCloud directly.

Put this on autopilot.
