Automated Jasper Brand Voice Setup
When you upload your brand material, WebRun opens Jasper, works through your brand voice, knowledge and style guide entries one by one, tracks each item as a Trello card, and sends you a WhatsApp summary of what is loaded and what is still missing before anyone writes a first draft.
How do I set up a Jasper workspace with our brand voice?
When you upload your brand material, WebRun opens Jasper and loads it into the workspace: brand voice, knowledge entries and style guide rules, one item at a time. It tracks each item on a Trello board and sends a WhatsApp summary of what is loaded and what is still missing, so first drafts already sound right.
- First drafts sound like the brand instead of needing a rewrite
- Every uploaded item is tracked as loaded, in review or missing
- Ambiguous material is flagged rather than guessed at
Built for content leads · marketing agencies · brand managers · in-house content teams

Questions, answered
Will it publish or send any content?
No. WebRun only sets up the workspace: brand voice, knowledge and style guide entries. It never writes a campaign, publishes a document or sends anything to an audience.
What happens to material it cannot interpret?
It goes to a review column in Trello with a note on what is unclear, rather than being guessed at. You decide the wording and WebRun loads it on the next run.
Can it overwrite entries we already set up?
No. WebRun adds the entries from your upload and leaves existing ones alone. Anything that looks like a duplicate is flagged in the summary for you to reconcile.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
