Automated Iterable Campaign Reporting
Every Monday, WebRun opens Iterable, lists every campaign that sent in the previous seven days, captures sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces for each, saves a dated export into your Google Drive reporting folder, and appends the same rows to an Airtable history so week-on-week movement is visible without rebuilding a report.
How do I export Iterable campaign performance every week?
WebRun opens Iterable every Monday and pulls sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces for every campaign that ran in the previous seven days. It files a dated export in Google Drive and appends the same rows to an Airtable history, so weekly reporting is done before anyone asks.
- Monday reporting is finished before the standup
- A stable history builds up week after week with no rebuild
- High bounce or unsubscribe rates are flagged against your own average

1
Iterable - pull last week's campaign results
WebRun opens Iterable to pull last week's campaign results. - Open Iterable and list every campaign that sent in the last seven days
- For each campaign capture sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces
- Note the channel and the audience or list it went to
- Work out the delivery and click rates from the figures shown rather than estimating them
Done when Every campaign that sent last week has a complete set of figures.
-
2
Google Drive - file the dated export
WebRun opens Google Drive to file the dated export. - Open your marketing reporting folder in Google Drive
- Save a dated export with one row per campaign and one column per metric
- Name the file with the week ending date so the folder sorts chronologically
- Keep the column order stable so last week's file and this week's line up
Done when A dated export for last week is saved in the reporting folder.
-
3
Airtable - build the running history
WebRun opens Airtable to build the running history. - Append each campaign as a row in your Airtable performance history
- Record the week ending date, the campaign, the channel, and every metric
- Skip campaigns already logged so a rerun never doubles the history
- Flag any campaign whose bounce or unsubscribe rate is above your own recent average
Done when The Airtable history includes last week with nothing duplicated.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it send or schedule a campaign?
No. WebRun only reads campaign results in Iterable. It never sends a campaign, schedules one, edits a template, or changes an audience, so nothing reaches a subscriber because of this workflow.
Where do the numbers come from?
Straight from the campaign analytics shown in Iterable. WebRun records the figures on the page and calculates rates from them. It never estimates or fills in a metric it cannot see.
What happens if it runs twice in a week?
Nothing breaks. WebRun checks the Airtable history for campaigns already logged for that week and skips them, so a rerun refreshes the export without duplicating the history.
