In short

How do I stop unaccepted estimates from expiring unnoticed?

WebRun checks Invoice Home every morning for estimates that have not been accepted and are about to expire. It adds a calendar reminder for each one and posts the full list to Microsoft Teams ordered by urgency, so your team follows up on the estimates most likely to lapse before they do.

  • Expiring estimates get a same day reminder instead of quietly lapsing
  • The team sees the full expiring list ranked by urgency
  • Total value still awaiting a decision is visible every morning

Questions, answered

Does it re-send the estimate to the client?

No. It only tracks the expiry date and reminds your team. Re-sending or extending an estimate is still something you do yourself.

What counts as expiring soon?

Any estimate in Invoice Home still unaccepted within 3 days of its expiry date. The list is rebuilt from live status each morning.

Where does the reminder show up?

As a calendar event on your own Google Calendar, plus a post in Microsoft Teams. It never contacts the client directly.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
