Turn every unbilled hour into an invoice draft automatically
Every Monday, WebRun opens DesignFiles and finds all time entries that have been tracked but not yet billed, groups them by project and client, calculates the totals against your hourly rate, creates an invoice draft in Houzz Pro for each project, and posts you a Slack summary of draft invoices ready for review.

How do I automatically turn tracked hours into invoice drafts for interior design projects?
WebRun opens DesignFiles every Monday, finds all tracked time entries that have not yet been invoiced, groups them by project and client, and creates a line-item invoice draft in Houzz Pro for each one. A Slack billing summary lists every draft with the total amount, so no billable hour is missed and every invoice is ready for a quick review before sending.
- No tracked hour is missed at billing time
- Invoice drafts are ready for review every Monday morning with correct line items
- Total unbilled revenue is visible in Slack so you always know your billing position
Built for interior designers billing by the hour · design studios tracking project time · independent decorators · design consultants with retainer clients

Questions, answered
Will it send invoices to clients automatically?
No. Every invoice is created as a draft in Houzz Pro for your review. WebRun never sends a financial document to a client without your explicit approval.
What if I have different hourly rates for different project types?
WebRun applies the rate set against each project or client in Houzz Pro. If your rates vary by project, set them there and the invoice draft will reflect the correct amount automatically.
What happens to time entries once they are included in a draft invoice?
WebRun notes which entries have been drafted so they are not picked up again the following Monday. Once you send the invoice from Houzz Pro, those entries are marked as billed in the flow.
