In short

How do I automatically notify interior design clients about backordered items?

WebRun opens Mydoma Studio each morning, finds every purchase order flagged as backordered or delayed, and drafts a clear update email for each affected client in Gmail, grouping multiple delays into one message per client. It then posts a Slack alert so you can review and send the drafts before clients have to chase you.

  • Clients are updated about delays before they have to ask
  • Multiple backorders for the same client are grouped into one clear email
  • No update goes out without your review and approval

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email clients about delays without me checking first?

No. Every client update is saved as a Gmail draft for your review. WebRun never sends a backorder notification to a client without your explicit approval.

What if the same client has multiple backordered items?

WebRun groups all backordered items for the same client into a single email draft, so clients receive one clear update rather than several separate messages.

What if a backorder resolves and the item ships?

WebRun reads the live order status in Mydoma Studio each morning. Once an item status is no longer backordered or delayed, it is automatically removed from the alert and no draft is created.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
