Automatic Instapage Landing Page Lead Routing

Whenever a form is submitted, WebRun opens Instapage, reads the new lead with the landing page and page group it came from, writes the record into Notion, and texts the rep who owns that campaign so the person gets a call the same morning.

In short

How do I route a landing page lead to the right rep instantly?

The moment a form is submitted, WebRun reads the new lead in Instapage along with the landing page and page group behind it. It writes the record into Notion with an owner from your routing list and texts that rep through Twilio, so a form filled at ten gets a call the same morning.

  • A lead filled at 10am gets a call the same morning
  • Every lead carries the page and campaign that produced it
  • Reps are texted, and the prospect is never messaged by WebRun

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens app.instapage.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Instapage - read the new form submission
    instapage.com

    • Open Instapage and go to the leads view for the page that was submitted
    • Capture the submitted fields, the landing page name, and the page group it belongs to
    • Match the page group to the campaign owner in your routing list

Done when The submission is captured with its page, group, and owning rep.

  3. 2
Notion - record the lead and its page
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: record the lead and its page
WebRun opens Notion to record the lead and its page.
    • Add a row for the lead with the submitted fields, the page, the campaign, and the timestamp
    • Set the owner from the routing list and leave the status at new
    • Flag duplicates where the same person submitted a form recently

Done when The lead is recorded in Notion with an owner and a status.

  4. 3
Twilio - text the rep who owns it
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: text the rep who owns it
WebRun opens Twilio to text the rep who owns it.
    • Text the owning rep the lead's name, the page it came from, and the time it landed
    • Send only to your own reps, never to the person who filled the form
    • Include the Notion link so the rep opens the full record in one tap

Done when The owning rep has been texted about the new lead.

Questions, answered

Does it text the person who filled the form?

No. The Twilio text goes to your own rep only. WebRun never messages the lead, so the first contact a prospect gets is a human call rather than an automated reply.

How does it know which rep owns the lead?

It matches the landing page's page group in Instapage against the routing list you keep, so the rep who owns that campaign is the one who gets the text.

What happens with duplicate submissions?

A lead who submitted a form recently is flagged as a duplicate on the Notion row rather than routed again, so a rep is not texted twice about the same person.

Put this on autopilot.
