Automated imo Customer Contact Logging
Every night, WebRun opens imo, reads the conversations that had activity today, writes a one-line topic for each, logs the contact, the topic, and the date in Airtable against that person's existing record, and posts the day's contact list to Slack.
How do I keep a log of every customer who messages me on chat?
WebRun opens imo every night, reads the conversations that had activity today, and writes a one-line topic for each. It logs the contact, the topic, and the date against that person's record in Airtable, then posts the day's contact list to Slack, so a repeat customer is recognised months later.
- Every conversation is on record without anyone typing it up
- Repeat customers are recognised months later
- First-time contacts are separated out each night
Built for small business owners · local service providers · customer support teams · sales desks

Questions, answered
Will it reply to anyone in imo?
No. WebRun only reads conversations and writes the record. It never sends a message, joins a group, or marks a chat as read on your behalf, so no customer hears from it.
Does it copy the whole conversation?
No. It writes a one-line topic per conversation along with the contact, date, and channel. The message text stays in imo rather than being duplicated into Airtable.
Will a repeat customer get a second record?
No. WebRun matches each conversation to the existing contact row and appends today's topic to that person's history, so months later you can see everything they ever asked about.
