Automated Hyros Daily Attribution Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens Hyros, reads yesterday's attributed revenue, ad spend, and ROAS broken down by campaign, posts a short digest to Slack ranking campaigns by performance, and saves the full breakdown to Google Drive so the numbers are archived for the week's review.

In short

How do I get a daily ad attribution digest from Hyros?

WebRun reads your Hyros attribution data every morning, calculates ROAS by campaign, and posts a ranked digest to Slack so the media buying team can see the best and worst performers at a glance. The full breakdown is also saved to Google Drive each day, building an archive for weekly and monthly trend reviews.

  • The media buying team starts the day knowing which campaigns actually worked
  • ROAS drops get flagged the morning after, not weeks later
  • A daily archive builds in Drive for trend review without manual exports

Questions, answered

Does WebRun change our Hyros tracking setup?

No. It only reads attribution numbers Hyros has already calculated. Tracking scripts, pixels, and attribution rules are never touched.

What if a campaign has no spend yet?

It is left out of the ranked digest rather than shown as a zero, since there is nothing meaningful to rank yet.

Can we see more than one day of history?

Yes. Each day's full breakdown is archived to Google Drive, so you can open any prior day's file to compare.
