Will the text go to the patient automatically?
No. Every reminder is queued in Twilio and held for staff approval, so a person sends it, or asks the provider to authorize the renewal first.
What if the provider hasn't approved the renewal yet?
The reminder still gets queued, but staff hold it until the provider signs off in HRT Control, since WebRun never authorizes a renewal itself.
What happens to patients with no phone number on file?
They're listed separately in the Slack digest so staff know to reach them another way, like a phone call or Gmail instead.
