Automated Caregiver Hours Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens WellSky, reads the previous day's completed visit hours for each caregiver, logs the totals to your caregiver hours Google Sheet, flags any anomalies such as hours exceeding the expected range or visits with no clock-out, and posts the daily digest to Slack so payroll and scheduling can reconcile before the close of the pay period.
How do I automatically summarize and reconcile caregiver hours from home health visits?
WebRun pulls completed visit hours from WellSky each morning and logs each caregiver's daily totals to a Google Sheet, flagging missing clock-outs and unusual hour counts. It posts the digest to Slack so your payroll and scheduling teams have an accurate, anomaly-flagged daily record without manual WellSky exports.
- Payroll sees a daily hours digest without pulling a manual WellSky report each morning
- Missing clock-outs are flagged the day they occur rather than discovered at payroll close
- The full pay-period hours picture builds automatically in the Sheet day by day
Built for home health payroll managers · scheduling coordinators · home health agencies · operations managers

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it submit hours to payroll or make any changes in WellSky automatically?
No. WebRun only reads completed visit data from WellSky and logs it to the Sheet. Payroll submission and any corrections to clock-in or clock-out records remain the responsibility of the scheduling or payroll team. WebRun surfaces the data, not the decision.
What counts as an anomaly that gets flagged?
By default, WebRun flags visits with no clock-out time recorded, caregiver totals more than 20 percent above or below their expected daily hours, and duplicate visit entries. You can customize the anomaly rules in your Sheet by adjusting the threshold columns.
How does this help at the end of a pay period?
Because hours are logged daily to the Sheet, payroll can see the full pay period picture at any point without pulling a manual report from WellSky. Anomalies are flagged as they occur so nothing sits unresolved until the last day of the period.
