Questions, answered
Does it share individual client data in the Slack message?
No. The Slack summary contains only aggregate counts: total active clients, payer mix percentages, and service type breakdowns. No individual client names or protected health information is posted to Slack.
What counts as an active client?
It counts clients whose status in WellSky is marked active at the time of the Monday run. Clients on hold, discharged, or pending are counted separately so leadership sees the full picture.
Can it track census trends over time?
Yes. Each Monday's data is appended to the same Google Sheet, building a running trend history. The sheet highlights any category that changed by more than 10 percent week over week so leadership can spot shifts quickly.
