How do I get automatic stock alerts and reorder drafts for my hobby shop?

WebRun scans your Square inventory every morning, finds every product at or below its reorder threshold, and drafts a reorder email to your distributor in Gmail. A Slack alert lists every flagged item so staff can act fast. The email stays as a draft until a staff member reviews and sends it.

  • Low-stock items caught every morning before the store opens
  • Reorder draft ready in Gmail so no distributor email starts from scratch
  • Staff alerted in Slack without manually checking Square inventory

Questions, answered

Will it send the reorder email to the distributor automatically?

No. WebRun drafts the reorder email in Gmail and alerts staff in Slack, but the email stays as a draft until a staff member reviews the quantities and clicks send.

How do I set the reorder threshold for each product?

Set the minimum stock level directly in Square for each SKU. WebRun reads those thresholds each morning and flags anything at or below the value you have configured.

Can it handle multiple distributors for different product categories?

Yes. Give WebRun a distributor mapping by category or brand and it will draft a separate reorder email for each distributor, each saved in Gmail for staff to review before sending.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
