In short

How do I automatically flag card singles that need repricing against TCGplayer market prices?

WebRun pulls your BinderPOS singles inventory every morning and compares each card's price against the current TCGplayer market average. Cards priced more than 10% off market are posted to Slack in a prioritized list, so staff can reprice before the store opens without manually scanning each listing.

  • Singles stay competitively priced against live TCGplayer market data
  • Staff get a prioritized reprice list before the store opens
  • No price is changed without a human reviewing the list first

Questions, answered

Will it automatically update prices in BinderPOS?

No. WebRun posts a reprice list in Slack for staff to review and act on. No price is changed in BinderPOS without a human making the update, so your pricing strategy stays in your control.

What threshold triggers a reprice flag?

By default, any card priced more than 10% above or below the TCGplayer market average is flagged. You can adjust this threshold to match your store's pricing policy.

Does it cover all card conditions separately?

Yes. WebRun checks prices by card name, set, and condition, so a Near Mint and a Lightly Played copy of the same card are compared to their respective TCGplayer market prices independently.
