In short

How do I automatically route new heavy equipment leads to the right sales rep?

Questions, answered

Will it contact the prospect directly?

No. WebRun only sends an internal Slack alert to your rep. It never emails or calls the prospect on its own.

How does it decide which rep to route to?

It matches the lead's equipment category and territory against your routing rules set in the Google Sheet. You control the logic and can update it anytime.

What if e-Emphasys already has an assigned rep on the lead?

WebRun reads that assignment and routes accordingly. If no rep is assigned yet, it falls back to your default territory owner.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
