Questions, answered

Does it notify the technician directly?

No. WebRun posts the renewal list only to the service manager's Slack channel. Deciding how and when to notify the technician stays with your team.

What certifications can it track?

Any certification with an expiry date in your Google Sheet register: OEM factory training, OSHA, crane operator licenses, forklift certifications, or custom entries your team adds.

What if the expiry date in the sheet is wrong?

Update the sheet and the next Monday run will use the corrected date. The sheet is your single source of truth, so keeping it accurate drives accurate alerts.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
