How do I know when to reorder HBOT oxygen and consumable supplies?
Every Monday, WebRun reads Intellicure's dive schedule to project the coming week's oxygen and consumable usage, checks that projection against your Google Sheets supply log, and drafts a reorder email in Gmail for any item projected to fall below its threshold, naming the item and quantity needed so your clinic never runs short mid week.
- Supply orders go out before a shortage delays a scheduled dive
- Purchasing sees a projected balance instead of guessing from memory
- Reorder drafts already list the exact quantity needed to restock
Built for HBOT clinic managers · chamber technicians · hyperbaric practice administrators · hospital wound centers

Questions, answered
Will it place the supply order on its own?
No. WebRun only drafts the reorder email in Gmail with the item, quantity, and supplier. Whoever manages purchasing reviews and sends it, so no order or charge goes out unattended.
How does it estimate how much oxygen or supplies I'll need?
It counts the dives scheduled in Intellicure for the coming week and multiplies by your standard per dive usage, then checks that projection against the on hand quantity in your Google Sheets log.
What if a delivery already arrived this week?
Update the on hand quantity in the Sheets log once it arrives, and the next run recalculates the projected balance from that new starting point.
Put this on autopilot.
